Information you provide
When you request a callback, Foundation 9 collects the phone number you provide and whether your request concerns a project inquiry or a privacy request.
How the information is used
Foundation 9 uses the submitted phone number only to respond to that inquiry. The website sends the number and selected inquiry reason to the Foundation 9 team through Google Workspace. It is not added to marketing or unrelated contact lists.
Retention and abuse prevention
Callback notification emails are retained for six months.
To limit abuse, the site creates pseudonymous, one-way SHA-256 hashes of the normalized phone number and the request’s network address. The site database stores those hashes with a request count and window-start time; it does not store the raw network address or a separate raw copy of the phone number. Expired rate-limit records are automatically removed after the 30-day retention period when the site processes requests.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use Foundation 9’s public website. The reports may include pages and cards viewed, interactions with menus and project or Journal content, referral source, approximate geographic area, device category, browser information, and whether a callback request was successfully completed.
Foundation 9 does not send your submitted phone number, form entries, email address, name, or other inquiry content to Google Analytics. Analytics does not load until you select “Accept analytics.” Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.
You may decline analytics and still use the full website. You can change your choice at any time using the “Analytics choices” control on this page.
Privacy requests
To ask a privacy question or make a privacy request, use the callback form and choose “Privacy request” as the reason. Provide a number where Foundation 9 can reach you.
